Cinderella & Prince Charming Package
Invented for the busy couple! You get to make the key decisions, but I handle all the work. This full coordination package includes:
- A detailed wedding budget
- Assist you with the design, decor and theme of your wedding and reception

- Vendor referrals, Schedule appointments with your selected vendors
- Attend vendor appointments, as needed
- Manage and review vendor contracts and fee schedules

Princess For A Day Package
Do you need someone to take the reins a bit earlier in the process? The Princess for a Day package does just that. This is your route to a simply stress-fee day! With this package, you have selected and retained your wedding ceremony/reception venues and vendors. Approximately four to six weeks before the wedding, I step in so that you can step back and simply enjoy the approaching festivities. This Day of Coordination package includes:
- Meeting with the Bridal couple 4 to 6 weeks prior to the wedding to gather all important information and details
- Create detailed checklist and timeline for the bridal party
- Schedule and itinerary packets for all vendors
- Coordinate the rehearsal
- Provide wedding day emergency kit
- Serve as primary contact person for all vendors from this point forward
- Coordinate with officiant and musicians
- Provide ceremony site direction
- Ensure vendors fulfill contract expectations
- Prompt bridal party on responsibilities
- Assemble bridal party for the processional line-up
- Deliver final payments and gratuities to vendors, if needed
- Oversee set up and decor of the reception site
- Coordinate bridal party's grand entrance
- Oversee the reception until the Bride and Groom settle down for their first meal together
